Software Engineer - C++/ASIC/Verilog - Edinburgh : Permanent : To circa 48K
Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client, a C++ Softwa! re Engineer from a low level programming/ embedded environment to join a global, market-leading development house based in Edinburgh. Working as part of a system modelling team, you will develop simulation environments to aid in the development, debug and support of ASIC?s. To be considered for this excellent opportunity, your skills should include; Essential - Strong commercial experience in C++ programming - Experience with the ASIC (Application-specific integrated circuit) development process - Degree or similar in Computer Science or Software Engineering Desirable: - Experience with System on Chip (SoC), VHDL Verilog - Simulation development and system modelling - Experience in storage technology and virtual platforms
