Ke! y responsibilities of the Fund Administrator role will include:
- Being responsible for the daily completion of Box Management reports and some pricing
- Ensuring that all Reports are reported to the Management Companies / Trustees/Depositories / Clients within all service level agreements
- Carrying out actions as a result of Box decisions and advise the relevant departments in a timely fashion
- Inputting and authorising all fund prices
- Collating and monitoring manual adjustments
- Liaising with the Management Companies and Trustees by telephone and assist them with any Box related queries
- Co-ordinating price amends for 'special price' deals
- Assisting the Box Management Team Manager with any ad-hoc tasks
The ideal Fund Administrator will l possess the following attributes/skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills and be able to question areas about which they fe! el they do not possess a full understanding
- Demonstra! te initiative in the organisation and prioritisation of their day to day tasks whilst taking into account strict regulatory deadlines
- Ability to display a commitment to the development of both themselves and the team
- Computer literacy together with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel / Word / Outlook (or Lotus Notes)) is an essential skill set for this role.
