Description: Enterprise PLC is in need of Administrator right now, this vacancy will be placed in Scotland. For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. Key Objectives

To understand and conform to the Company's Vision, Driving Principles and Values

Attend and participate in Contract Improvement Group Meetings (CIG) meetings when required

Attend and parti! cipate in Employee Council Meetings when required

Meet and greet visitors explaining basic Health & Safety for the building

Communicate any issues to the Office Manager

Support the work streams within Enterprise Power Services where required

Ensure all administration support is carried out timeously and accurately

Identify staff training needs where required in line with company guidelines

Arrange staff training in line with company procedures

Work in partnership with preferred suppliers

Carry out weekly fleet & plant check with Project Manager/Site Managers and update relevant systems timeously

Support with day to day purchase requisitions ensuring all orders are placed with relevant preferred suppliers.

Update operations and agents list - weekly - submit any required changes to utility.updates@enterprise.plc.uk - By Tuesday each week.

Process all weekly/monthly paid staff ti! mesheets - Send to Barbara Stamp by 12 noon on Friday each wee! k.

Place fleet and plant requests to support Project Managers/Site Managers where required

Place stationary orders where required (carry out weekly checks on office needs)

Arrange repairs to office printers/plotters where required

Remove office waste - remove waste regularly to avoid H&S risk

Assist with tea and coffee for meetings etc. where required

Deliver administration support to the Health & Safety Manager in line with information timelines.

Carry out a weekly check of the live hire report ensuring all cost reflect

Place orders where required for protective clothing for site and office staff.

Book meetings and lunches where required

Keep notice boards up to date with relevant business information
