We offer the very best sports, news and entertainment content through high definition and 3D.

We are widening the breadth of our products and offer WiFi via The Cloud, a specialist public WiFi provider. To ensure our business customers receive the highest standards of service every time they contact us we are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to work part-time hours over the weekends based in our Livingston contact centre. These newly created roles would suit someone with experience in a service role within the contact centre industry. You will be receiving incoming calls from customers which may involve queries relating to their Sky Business package, order processing, technical issues or understanding billing information and upgrading of packages.
To be successful in this role, you will have the energy, ent! husiasm and empathy to take ownership of the customer calls, doing everything you can to help get the solution they need.
