• Development of production strength software, adhering to divisional development standards.
• Working closely with business a! nalysts to clarify and understand detailed and complex business requirements.
• Working closely with test analysts to ensure software is robustly tested.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM(version 4.0 or 2011)
• An understanding of service-oriented web architectures.
• Experience of the following tools and technologies are essential:
• Microsoft C#
• Microsoft .NET 4.0
• SQL Server
• Sound knowledge of system development techniques and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both a technical and non-technical audience.
• Ability to share technical experience and knowledge with other developers.
• Ability to work using different development meth! odologies and tools:
• Agile (preferably SCRUM)
Visual Studio 2010
• Team Foundation Server 2010
• TDD & Continuous Integration
• A flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to cope with high-levels of pressure, involving high profile projects.
• Ability to quickly foster strong working relationships with colleagues and internal business stakeholders.

It is desirable that applicants also have experience of

• Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• ASP.NET MVC4.0
• NHibernate (or any other ORM solution)
• JavaScript & JQuery
• Financial Services business experience.
• Microsoft Certification.
