Our client is a Market le! ader in the collection of financial services debt. Due to a recent expansion they are currently looking to recruit experienced advisors from either a financial services or a collections background into their operation.
Main criteria:
You must be able to pass a credit check and have no defaults - in depth credit check
You must be able to work a back shift pattern (35hrs). You are also required to work two Saturdays per month (9-2pm)
You must have a stable work history as job stability is one of the key factors considered for this role
What will you do?
Working in a fast moving culture, dealing with a blend of inbound and outbound calls
Responsible for negotiating the settlement of outstanding debt
Customer centric - treating each customer as an individual, understanding their circumstances through effective questioning and agreeing appropriate solution to meet the needs of the customer and the company !
Be able to perform and achieve performance & quality ! targets in a heavily regulated industry
Handling non-payment objections effectively and offering the most appropriate solution to meet the customer's needs
Strong attention to detail
Offering solutions and advice to deal with debt
Conducting income and expenditure assessments
Remaining professional at all times
What are we looking for?
Debt Collection experience from within a banking environment is most desirable and extensive experience may allow you to demand a higher salary
You must have current experience from a financial services or similar contact centre
Job stability is very important
Listening skills, showing empathy, building rapport - this must be evident when we meet you
Upbeat, enthusiastic and driven performers
Motivated to achieve bonus and not just basic salary
MUST be confident on computer systems
MUST be able to pass a CREDIT CHECK
