We currently have an opportunity to join the Hotel and Catering team at Babcock Marine Clyde as a Receptionist, working on a part-time basis at weekends.
Res! ponsibilities
Working within the Warrant Officers and Senior Rates Mess, this role will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact to all visitors to the Mess facility over weekend hours, welcoming visitors and handling queries. Other areas of responsibility will include completing operational logs and data sheets, managing the issues and return of Mess and cabin keys and maintaining high levels of cleanliness across the facility outwith standard working hours.
The anticipated salary for this role will be £17,382.
This is a part-time role working a total of 24 hours per week across Saturday and Sunday each week. Working hours follow a rotational pattern of Week 1: 7am â€" 7pm and Week 2: 7pm â€" 7am.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate previous experience working within a customer-facing role, preferably within a reception-based environment. Flexibility to work both day an! d night shifts over the weekend is a key requirement. Other ke! y areas of competency we require are as follows:
Passion for delivering a high quality service and experience to customers.
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
Cash handling experience.
Security
Successful candidates will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements and may be required to complete a medical assessment.

This role is based at HMNB Clyde, located at Faslane, 6 miles north of Helensburgh in the West of Scotland.
