Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to the above role on a full time permanent basis to be based in Dingwall. Duties include:
- Maintai! n current clients (restaurant and wholesale) in France.
- Maximise sales to each customer .
- Maintain prices to maximise profitability of the company.
- Resolve complaints in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain a customer database.
- Achieve or exceed targets as set by Sales Manager.
- Attend shows and customer visits.
- Approach and secure new business as determined by Sales Manager and according to company guidelines.
- Respond to and follow up enquiries.
- Support colleagues to cover holidays.
- Administrative requirements commensurate with the role.
- Higher grade or Degree level preferable.
- Fluency or near fluency in French (verbal and written).
- Proactive and flexible with previous sales experience.
- Good team player.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Courteous and professional at all times.
- Good computer! skills (minimum MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent listening! , communication and interpersonal skills (in both English and French).
