To support the service management operations whilst continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the customer service provided by the Service Centre. To drive and carry out all cus! tomer service requests in a professional and responsible manner. Customer service

Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional and appropriate manner.
Provide various members of the service management team with details of customer service requests and other related information to ensure customer service expectations are achieved
Ensure all stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable and appropriate.

Team work

Work as part of the overall customer service delivery team to ensure all work is completed to the required deadlines and schedules
Work closely with the service team leader and POD service support personnel to ensure customer service levels are achieved
Support other Customer Delivery Representatives by shari! ng customer information and knowledge of the job

Deci! sion making

Identifies sub-standard customer service and products, delinquent calls and reports deficiencies to line manager
Contributes to route solutions for new customer service requirements and delinquent calls
Reports deficiencies in route/ trip to line manager
Reports all vehicle defects to the service team leader
Reports all accidents and incidents to the service team leader

Work processes

Adheres to company Health Safety and Environmental policies and obligations
Completes all documentation and fleet management processes for vehicles
Completes all service delivery documentation using POD or hard copy paperwork
Adopts driver best practices
Maintains the POD system hand-held palms, reporting faults to line manager
Ensures all customer service stock is loaded and unloaded correctly for each trip
Keeps the vehicle in a tidy and presentable manner, representing the business appropriately

Communic! ations

Provides feedback to service centre management team
Supports and communicates business requirements to customers as required

Organising

Monitors time to ensure that the customer service deliveries are completed or ensures that the service centre management team are made aware of issues relating to service failures
Ensures that all service deliveries are carried out in an efficient and effective manner

Personal standards

Completes all tasks as directed by line manager
Adheres to company Health and Safety policies
Focused on supporting the business meeting customer service expectations
Wears business work wear (uniform) whilst working
Personal hygiene standards and appearance are maintained and all customer service visits are carried out in a professional and polite manner

Company resources

Checks supporting documentation received at the service centre, notifying line manager of any ! discrepancies
Checks customer stock requirements for deliveries and! assists regular stock counts of stocks on vehicles

Physical aspects

Loading and un-loading of heavy stock/equipment, ensuring that they are transported in a timely manner but also complying with H&S at all times.
Servicing of heavy feminine hygiene units and nappy units on customer premises and on/off vehicles, with weights ranging between 10-20kg.
Safe use of ladders to service sanitizer and air fresh units - whilst adhering to H&S policies and practices
Safely carrying and disposing of hazardous substances in accordance with H&S policy
Complete tight deadlines - within the daily parameters set out by the service management - with a minimum of 100% achievement.
Complete installations and removals as required and in accordance with H&S guidelines.
Has the ability to physically and safely carry large quantities of heavy products in various types of properties and establishments, in a timely manner, whilst following site rules.
