This rapidly growing Marine engineering company are fast becoming market leaders in Aberdeen. Going from strength to strength, with an excellent reputation, the requirement has arisen for a Project Engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be a key operational arm providing first hand mechanical engineering knowledge and support to the workshop whilst keeping maintenance and production moving. With the candidate preferably having experience in diesel, hydraulics, air, water and fabrication. Although design will not be a central component of the role, t! he right candidate must have the ability to make simple change! s and sketches with autoCAD / SolidWorks.
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in mechanical engineering or be qualified by 5 + year’s experience. The candidate will be expected to manage and develop client relationships. Experience in the oil and gas industry is not essential if the candidate has a heavy plant/agricultural engineering background.
