Customer Service Advisor [United Kingdom]


 

Our Customer Service Advisors are vital for the brand and ensure the smooth running to our customers journey while exceeding expectations. You will be working with the UK National Account Manager and brands management team to understand the needs of our direct and salon professional clients.

You will be required to maintain high levels of customer services and deliver product advice and assistance where needed at SWAY HQ. You will be part of a team that take pride in every process, work together and have lots of fun along the way. You should be;

· Amazing at providing great service, with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.

· Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training while considering future career development within the brand.

· A great communicator who loves to help people.

· Willing to learn and you don’t need retail experience to succeed.

· Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic!
