The primary responsibility of the salesman is to generate revenue by promoting and selling our products/services to customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize various sales techniques, including active listening, objection handling, and negotiation, to close sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a salesman or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
