Responsibilities
- To assist in the set-up of the floor prior to service according to Ping Pong standards.
- To be present at the pre-service briefing and be in constant communication with the kitchen and bar team.
- To take drink and food orders, recommending the right product based on the customer’s preference.
- To provide consistently excellent customer service.
- To create the opportunity for the customer to ask questions and actively seek feedback from customers on a regular basis. Communicate this feedback to the manager on duty.
- To deal effectively and courteously with customer complaints and report them to the Manager on duty.
