Castlerock Recruitment Group are currently recruiting experienced and competent Clinical Support Workers to deliver a high standard of care to patients in their homes.
The successful candidate will be the key worker for clients; this will involve identifying the clientsâ needs and discussing these further with the Home Care Nurse. You will be required to maintain clear and accurate care records, including management of sensitive and confidential information in line with Data Protection legislation.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication with patients, families and other health care professionals.
- Effective decision making, identifying and acting in the clientsâ best interests at all times.
- Effective team player - respecting colleagues and promoting teamwork.
- Ability to follow instructions from line manager
- Ability to work unsupervised, whilst acknowledging own limitations
- Proven problem solving skills
- Previous experience within community/healthcare
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience of working within a service industry
- Understanding of child development and family centred care
- NVQ in Healthcare
