- A Regional Digital Marketer ensures both the development and delivery of programmes across the region that adhere to EuCan Digital Standards
- A Regional Digital Marketer works with the DMA to provide digital expertise on the best approach for building channel strategies into TA and brand plans
- Drives projects to deliver insight into customer online needs for the brand or therapy area
- Integral part of the brand team working both with the region and countries to assess the best way to build channel strategies into brand and TA plans
- Owns brand digital content across all channels and platforms
- Work with the DMA to identify latest innovations in HCP Digital Marketing and assesses the opportunity for Pfizer adoption
- Applies the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective HCP Marketing programs. Uses marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative Digital Marketing programs
- Works within Regional Brand Teams including with CBLs and local digital marketers to provide customers with core messages via appropriate digital channels
- Develops initiatives in readily transferable formats
- Strong working collaboration with in-house back office support that will help develop the programmes
- In coordination with DMA management, develops and documents the annual strategic and integrated tactical Digital Marketing plans â" in the process ensuring that these plans are integrated at the customer level across all pertinent brands, regions and channels
- Provides leadership in Multi-Channel/ Digital Marketing for HCPs, frequently assisting with decisions and guidance regarding vendor management and emerging Digital Marketing solutions
- Facilitates sharing of content, services & best practice across affiliates and brands
- Serves as the HCP Digital Marketing liaison to brand Legal/Regulatory/Medical RC team
- Acts as the gate-keeper for reporting on digital performance in their brand
- Responsible for identifying KPIs for each initiative
- Educated to first degree level
- Ideally digital expertise within Pharma or from within other industries
- Experience in operational/commercial roles
- A working understanding of both marketing and campaign management technologies in the marketplace, such as the web, campaign engines, etc.
- Ability to think and act strategically combined with an ability to translate plans into operational reality
- Understanding of the key drivers in brand and customer facing activities
- Demonstrated track record of high performance and producing good results
- Strong track record of working collaboratively across functions and markets
- Organisational, cultural and interpersonal sensitivity
- Experience working with agencies/vendors, and strong team management skills
- Knowledge of Pfizer or pharmaceutical industry internal processes, procedures and organisations â" preferably from working in a previous cross-functional role

- Success in this position requires a sound understanding of âbest practicesâ in researching and identifying HCP Customer needs, developing brand marketing objectives, identifying cross channel opportunities, building integrated HCP focused campaigns and measurement plans, and flawlessly executing and measuring program effectiveness
- The candidate succeeds in this role by providing exceptional digital leadership in insights-driven HCP marketing across their brand team partners within countries, with emphasis on non-personal channels, i.e., Digital, eMarketing, Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, etc
- This person must be able to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
