As SLS Co-ordinator - Sales & Repair your main responsibilities will include
Co-ordinating the quotation process and liaising with manufacturing, engineering, production and third party vendors to provide a quotation in a timely and efficient manner.
Review contractual requirements of client purchase orders, re-confirm internal delivery and acknowledgement of order.
Inform internal and external clients of any deviations or slippages on their order.
Ensure goods are supplied in accordance with agreed requirements.
Update required forecasting spreadsheet and status report in an efficient and timely manner.
Continuous expediting of internal & external deliveries.
Attend weekly planning meetings to advise status of current material orders.
Manage all commercial and on-time delivery targets.
Mobilisation pack creation - print and prepare procedures.
Preparation of Rentals and Consumable items - prepare and ship.
FSR into SAP.
Assist Support Engineer as required.
Cover shipping and logistics as and when required, taking full ownership of delivery.
Carry out work in accordance with Company Quality System, Operating System.
