Learning and Development Administrator

The Offshore Resources (OR) Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator will work globally as part of the OR L&D team providing co! -ordination support to a variety of projects aligned to the L&D Team Leader and L&D Manager. This key role will have cross discipline responsibilities and will support the co-ordination of all learning and development activities and facilitate the Subsea 7 data management process. This role will also provide administrative support to the L&D Team.
This is a contract position for a period of 12 months.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the outputs of L&D Projects within the offshore skill pool to ensure crews are legal, safe and compliant
Support the delivery of training as per the group training matrix or performance management review for offshore personnel and record all learning outcomes on the LMS
Raise purchase orders within the SAP system
Co-ordinate activities related to the organisation of training records and statistical reporting.
Administrate the delivery of e-learning through the eCAS system i! ncluding maintenance of standards, records and reporting funct! ionality
Support the L&D Team Lead to allow for data transfer and integration of the legacy learning management systems
Provide administrative support for the L&D Team
Any other duties as required
Qualifications and Education
General Education:
A good general education to higher level is essential

Qualification in training would be preferable but not essential

Skills
Technical (including IT):
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is essential
Knowledge of SAP would be desirable
Interpersonal:
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, understanding and interpret instructions received
Ability to work professionally with external/internal suppliers in the co-ordination of t! raining events
Ability to create, organise and manage information with good organisation skills to deadline
Ability to make effective decisions surrounding the co-ordination of training and co-ordination of events
Self Management:
Ability to prioritise workloads to deliver the needs of multiple parties effectively within deadlines

Experience:
Previous Learning and Development experience would be preferable but not essential. This would ideally be within an offshore environment
