Location: Aberdeen Scotland

Description: Subsea 7 is looking of Intervention Tooling Project Co-ordinator right now, this position will be placed in Scotland. A vacancy has arisen for an Intervention Tooling Project Co-ordinator to support our Intervention Tooling Group. The position plays a key role in ensuring that the company! executes its projects in an effective and efficient manner. Key tasks and duties are outlined as follows:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination of logistical, engineering and vendor support services to Intervention Tooling projects to ensure delivery of effective and efficient commercial and operational performance.

·

Co-ordinating with Project Managers to ensure maximum effectiveness / efficiency of all Intervention tooling projects.

·

Carry out assigned tasks with regards to project management in the absence of the Project manager.

·

Identify areas where service delivery requires prioritising.

·

Assisting the Business Acquisition Department with any technical or operational data required.

·

Adherence to the company's Business Management System.

·

Assisting in ensuring that the Company / Department objectives and legal re! quirements are complied with.

·

Updating an! d control of all documentation relating to equipment for the i-Tech Intervention Tooling Group

·

Assist in the production of spares lists and procedures

·

Liaise with Project Managers to confirm equipment utilisation days for billing purposes.

·

Notify departments of Equipment Request Forms when received, expedite outstanding Equipment Requests and maintain a log.

·

Assist with the creation and maintenance of equipment records and functional locations in SAP.

·

Update SAP with mobilisation and demobilisation information on equipment in SAP.

·

Request and receive equipment inventories from Project Managers. Cross check inventory records with onshore data in SAP and investigate discrepancies.

·

Involvement with the Intervention Tooling team in developing and updating the i-Tech Intervention Tooling area of the Subsea 7 Sharepoint site.

Skills

Technical (including IT):
Strong organisational and planning skills are a key requirement of the role and candidates should be able to demonstrate this as one of their key strengths.

Computer literacy is essential although additional training will be available for any job specific software packages.

A working knowledge of SAP is required for this role.

Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications with particular focus on MS Excel and use of databases.

Good attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role.

Interpersonal:
The position will require candidates to interact with people at various l! evels within the organisation and externally with client representative! s. It is therefore essential that candidates be in possession of good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Self Management:
The position calls for a self motivated individual who has the adaptability to work effectively as part of team and as an individual. Candidates should be comfortable in dealing with conflicting priorities, meeting strict deadlines and possess the ability to organise workload.

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate previous experience of project support in a similar environment.

Knowledge in the field of Intervention Tooling operations would be a distinct advantage.
