For this role your background / experience will include: Good understanding of the full software development lifecycleExperience of developing highly transactional, highly available real time ! applicationsStrong experience working with Java and JUnitExperience of JSP, Servlets, Web Services, MDB, Struts, Spring MVC / IOC, SCRUM Within the role you will be involved in: Development of low level component base design documentation (UML)Low level design peer reviews (direct reports and SCRUM team members)Build and unit test functional enhancements to the product as a member of the SCRUM teamPeer code reviewing (direct reports and SCRUM team members)Code maintenance and refactoringEffort estimation and task breakdown â€" estimating cost of implementing new changes and identifying riskDefect resolutionInvestigation and resolve deployment / config or ongoing problems with the applicationReview and contribute to development process and procedures to assist in the continual improvement of the development team activitiesWorking closely with test teams , database teams, project management and enterprise architects during the project lifecycle within the SCRUM This in a trem! endous opportunity to really move your career firmly forward w! ithin a dynamic and forward thinking company.
