My client is looking for someone with excellent customer service experience, exceptional communication skills and experience in either leisure or retail travel with a desire to progress in to business travel.
As a Junior Business Travel Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
Answering calls and dealing with queries on email
Making flight, hotel and rail reservations for corporate clients
Supporting the other business travel consultants
Helping with any problems your client may have and provide the appropriate customer service throughout the enti! re process

Junior Business Travel Consultant â€" what are they looking for?
Some experience of air/hotel/rail bookings using Galileo GDS system
Good geographical knowledge
Excellent numerical and literacy skills
Be able to work well under pressure
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Exceptional approach to customer service
Attention to detail
You will be self motivated, have the ability to use initiative and be an excellent problem solver
