Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Full Time

Description: Fiona Divers is currently seeking to employ Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Full Time right now, this occupation will be placed in Scotland. More details about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a leading Call Centre at it's Glasgow City Centre site.
They are currently looking for Inbound Cust! omer Service Advisers who will be providing support to existing customers following them receiving marketing material offering new deals.

This is in initially a temporary position for the first 8 weeks (probationary period) while both you and the company understand if this opportunity is right for you both. The role will thereafter be offered on a permanent basis for individuals displaying the ideal characteristics.

To be considered for the position you will ideally have the following

  • experience from within a call centre (not essential)
  • experience of working within a customer focused environment
  • ability to communicate effectively, clearly and with enthusiasm over the telephone
  • someone who is looking for more than just a basic call centre position, use your initiative, think on your feet, offer solutions by asking relevant questions, thinking outside the box
  • have a genuine interest in helping people
  • !
  • the ability to take on some technical information and exp! lain it in everyday terms to a customer
  • a genuine interest in asking relevant questions thus ensuring the customer gets the best possible solution for their situation, someone who will take a genuine interest in helping people
Full training will be provided for the first 6 days thereafter you will be mentored for a further week to ensure you feel comfortable handling incoming calls and the process you require to follow with each call.

  • Shift requirements The shifts will be between 8am to 8pm, 5 days over 7
  • Hours 37.5 hours per week
  • The first two weeks will be 9.00am - 5.00pm while training is completed
We are conducting interviews week commencing 12th August with an assessment day being held by our client on Friday 16th August on their site. Decisions will be communicated to successful individuals before close of business on Friday 16th August with a start date being offered for Monday 19th August for success! ful applicants.
