50K BASIC, plus 7% pension, relocation assistance, BUPA, bonus.

Are you an experienced Production Ma! nager from an industrial manufacturing background, looking for the opportunity for both technical progression and promotion opportunities in the beautiful area of Northern Scotland?

The company have just received a million pounds plus investment to grow the business, and have a fantastic training program to assist their engineers. This position is due to the development of the existing Production Manager, demonstrating the client's commitment to finding, retaining and promoting their staff. They have low staff turnover and a very stable workforce.

The position is to manage the people, capital, material and time in the most effective manner to yield the greatest productivity and profit possible while maintaining product quality, consistency, safety, and sustainability of the operation.

Therefore tasks will include:

• Production planning-Developing realistic operating, capital and long range plans
• Staff Management-Setting ! and managing KPI's, ensuring on-going coaching , communicating! expectations and ensuring correct staffing levels.

Key role in the management of the mill's operating plan and budgets

To apply you should have:

• Time served experienced in a continuous process. Industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience in a senior production management position.
• Involvement in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing environment.

The role is paying a basic salary of 50K. However there are also many benefits including relocation assistance up to 5k, Pension - 7% from Company, Bupa and Senior Manager Incentive Bonus

The working hours are 8AM-4PM, Monday to Friday.
