With a variety of opportunities available on a full time and part time basis, working between 20-40hrs per week, this may also include some evening and weekends.

The purpose of this role is to provide first class customer service to a range of customers with questions and queries upon products and services provided.

We urgently require candidates who are native or fluent in the following languages:

  • French
  • Dutch
  • Danish
  • Norwegian
  • Finnish
  • Nordic
  • Portuguese
  • Swedish
  • German
  • Italian
  • German, UK plus one other language
  • French, UK plus one other language
  • Italian, UK plus one other language
Your duties will include:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via email, fax, letter and over the telephone
  • Ensuring all enquiries and calls are logged
  • To complete all required training
  • Wo! rking towards agreed timescales and deadlines
