We are looking for experienced electrical Improver
Electrical Improver
One of our client is a leading electrical contractor based in South Wales with offices across the UK that work in the commercial / Industrial sector that specialise in Electrical installations of food & beverage establishments.
THE JOB BRIEF
This Contract is working on Industrial environment and require Electrical Improver to carry out the following works, and must be able to demonstrate experience.
Ladder racking, Metal Containment, Glanding and Terminating of continental cables
Requires a IPAF for this project.
START DATE
Tuesday 30th May
DURATION OF WORKS
Approximately 8 weeks with the possibility for the right candidate to continue onto further projects with this client or other clients of ours.
HOURLY RATE
£16.50 P/Hour
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday - 10 hour days
(with possibility of weekend work)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years working on a commercial / Industrial project
- ECS Card
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems seeking any advice required.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices.
- Understand and carry out safe working practices in commercial electrical installations
- Be able to work unsupervised with a high standard of installation
- Ability to make decisions and confident at problem solving
- Full UK Driving License
- IPAF Scissor Lift Licence is essential
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate would be an advantage
