We have a dedicated team of approximately 70 staff who work well together to make The Meadows a happy and welcoming home.As a Laundry Assistant you will deliver laundry services within the care home, ensuring that all resident's personal clothing is cared for to a high standard. You will be an important part of the team that ensures residents in our care feel valued as an individual.So as a Laundry Assistant what do you need to do to make this happen?Ensure you carry out all your duties to a high standard, ensures residents always look extremely well presented Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and other visitors to the home by becoming an integral part of the team Encourage residents to assist you and your team ! with daily work activity, helping them to their independence a! nd sense of worth Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
