A leading housing association is looking for an office based Housing Officers to cover a patch in Haringey and Barnet providing a full range of services to tenants. You will need to be confident in communication, committed to excellent customer service and able to problem solve. You will be experienced in rent collection and arrears recovery, tenancy and estate management, addressing Anti Social Behaviour, lettings and keen to improve the services you deliver. We offer a great place to work, a friendly and supportive environment. Please be aware that there is no WFH and you'll need to either be on patch or in the office.
Must have previous Housing Management experience and being able to start immediately. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the view of going permanent
