About the Role:

As the Lead HRBP - Supporting Functions, your key role is to implement HR processes that align with the business strategy. You'll collaborate closely with partners in Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial Quality, Procurement, Legal, IA&CC, CSU, Media, R&D, and Pack Deploy.

Serve as the main HR contact for Supporting Functions, ensuring smooth process implementation and overall governance. You'll manage workforce planning activities throughout the HR planning cycle, including budgeting, SAF1, and SAF2.

Your responsibilities also involve executing activities related to recruitment, resource management, development, and training, tailored to department needs and Group HR&OI guidelines. You'll oversee organisational activities supporting structural development, aligned with Group guidelines and budget.

Accountable for employee relations processes and provide advice and support to management when needed, particularly for the supporting functions. Effective management of employee relations fosters a harmonious and productive work environment.Top of Form

Main Responsibilities:

As the Lead HRBP, you will collaborate closely with various assigned supporting functions. This collaboration aims to understand their business and support their success by aligning with the people strategy.

Your responsibilities include activating HR specialist functions as needed to implement Group or Regional initiatives, ensuring smooth HR process implementation with overall governance. Play a crucial role in managing workforce planning activities throughout the HR planning cycle, providing insights on timeframes, targeted profiles, and other HR-related matters.

Implementing human resource policies and procedures will be a priority, ensuring consistent and effective application across the organisation. You will evaluate departmental results to align with goals and contribute to defining and implementing rewarding policies and strategies. Supporting managers within supporting functions on employee relations activities and interpreting labour-related laws will foster a positive work environment.

Identifying learning and development needs within supporting functions, utilising external expertise while adhering to budgets, will enhance business performance. You will implement existing initiatives, providing training opportunities for managers in performance management. Managing recruitment and hiring activities, reviewing organisational structures, and identifying development opportunities are essential to drive efficiency.

Collaborating with the Organisation Department, you will assist in managing plant procedures and performing organisational analyses. Finally, you will ensure effective communication and understanding during organisational changes, following Group guidelines for announcements, facilitating smooth transitions.

Who we are looking for:

Ideally you will possess a proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical platforms. Have a proven experience in a human resources role, preferably in the FMCG and/or Retail sector. Experience working with a global, fast-moving, commercially focused organisation and a matrix model is desired.

The candidate should demonstrate HR management experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. You should have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, contributing to the organisation's overall goals. Experience in implementing initiatives to retain top talent is essential.

Cultural awareness and an interest in international development are valuable qualities. Familiarity with SAP, People Doc, and Success Factors would be advantageous.
