Night Awake: To be guardian of the Children's Home while the residents sleep (4 residents), until the day shift come on duty. There is also a staff member sleeping in overnight.
Working hours: 22.15pm - 08.15am. 4 night on, 4 nights off (rolling rota).
Women only post: This job is exempt from The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 due to the client group. Better suited to mature females whose own children have grown up due to the working hours.
Job: Housekeeping, cleaning duties, some light monitoring and record keeping, and some food prep for the next day.
Full training given and the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Diploma.
