Head Chef

BA Catering is recruiting for a Head Chef for a small family run hotel in Comrie. The role will involve preparing and cooking dishes from their traditional Scottish Fayre menu. The restaurant offers both lunch and dinner service and during the height of season it can be turned around several times. The idea candidate will have worked in a similar restaurant environment and have the ability to lead a small kitchen team. You will be using local Scottish produce and with this in mind you will be involved in the menu design, be enthusiastic about the type of food offered and keen to put your own mark on the menu. You will be working 6 days over 7 during the busy summer periods and hours of work will be 10am to 9.30pm with 2 hour break between services. Due to the location, it is recommended that you have your own transport. The role is a temporary position with an opportunity for the right candidate to take over on a permanent basis.
