To provide support in the development, implementation and maintenance of the ACA SHE management system based on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
To! provide support on the development of a High Risk Operation (HRO)process framework for the ACA.
To develop and co-ordinate a process which captures reporting mechanisms such as:
Balanced Score card
Risk Registers
SOFT reports
Statistics as agreed
Monthly reports/reviews
Main Duties
Undertake general administrative tasks.
Maintain the appropriate filing and other administrative systems.
Receive/make phone calls ensure accuracy of messages at all messages and following up on queries where necessary.
Developing policies/processes in support of the ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 management standard.
Developing a suit of HRO standards.
Compiling relevant SHE data.
Carrying out accident/incident trend analysis.
Providing advice to management/contractors on ISO 1400/OHSAS 18001 arrangements as necessary.
To provide advice/support to Babcock Head o! f Health, Safety and Security in the implementation of:
ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001
SHE reporting requirements
Skills/Qualifications
Key Technical Skills
Familiarity of MICROSOFT Office packages â" EXCEL, Power Point and Word
Competent in the use of Excel tables and graphs in particular.
Preferred Education/Qualifications
Chartered member of IOSH
NEBOSH Diploma or Safety/Environmental degree
Company/Subject matter knowledge
Recent and relevant experience of a variety of office systems, processes and procedures.
