My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Change Analyst/PMO Analyst. You'll will be joining our client at a time of huge change with opportunities to experience global working and complex transformation initiatives, whilst developing an in-depth understanding of Global Financial Services. You'll build and develop your career by feeling empowered in a team which is part of an expanding Global Finance Services function.
As Change Analyst / PMO Analyst / Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Release specific Cost and Benefit tracking as well as collation of budgets and forecasts
- Co-ordinating the collation of information to ensure timely & accurate reporting of risk & issues & dependency reports
- Analysis, communication and monitoring of project performance, including threat/opportunities and mitigants
- Providing high quality & timely ad hoc MI to support ! stakeholders as required
- Building & maintaining stron! g relationships with project teams & senior stakeholders
- Planning, organisation, control and delivery of business requirement gathering, impact / gap analysis and scenario planning within the scope of the projects
- Creation & management of business analysis activities and resources in line with the project / release schedule to deliver required quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budget.
- Co-ordination & tracking of control documentation in line with the project lifecycle
- Experience of complex change projects & analysis
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise activities and balance conflicting demands
- High quality output and excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working across team boundaries with multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of governance processes
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self motivat! ed and ability to use own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of MS Excel and other MS products
- A recognised formal Project Management / Accounting qualification e.g. Prince2 is preferred
- Experience of working in a finance environment (preferred but not essential)
