Change Recruitment Group's investment management client is looking for a Transfer Agency Oversight Analyst to join their client operations function in Edinburgh. The ! team provides support services to distributor clients, the client group, client operations and third party transfer agencies.
Responsibilities of the Transfer Agency Oversight Analyst:
Transfer agency support, day to day management of service delivery from global third party suppliers
Oversight and management of all key deliverables and escalated queries relating to our distributor clients
Effective resolution and management of escalated queries from the distributor clients and sales / operations teams
Operational review of distribution agreements, oversight of operational services; proactive management of clients' service levels and league tables
Being the internal and client facing escalation point, ownership of the corporate actions contact list, effective and timely communication to our distributor clients
Distributor Servicing Model - develop detailed knowledge of he Mutual Funds and SICAV clients
Background of the Transfer Agency Oversight Analyst:
Be willing to work towards a professional qualification such as the Investment Operations Certificate or the Investment Management Certificate
Ability to effectively use a wide range of systems and applications
Have a solid understanding of transfer agency deliverables with experience of managing outsourced relationships
Possess strong Mutual Funds or SICAV knowledge
