Senior Care Assistant

Duties will include
- Supporting the activities of daily living in a person centred manner
- Promote physical and personal independence as well as choice in all daily activities
- Help in promoting a stimulating and homely environment
- Instruct, support, mentor and act as a role model for new and existing Care Assistants
- Measure and record blood pressures, temp, pulse and respiration as necessary
- Carry out simple delegated wound dressing procedures and urine analysis when required

What skills do I need to join?
You'll need NVQ 2 or 3 in Care along with previous experience within healthcare.
