The Role
Due to ongoing success and a ! clear vision for growth they wish to identify a Deputy Chief E! xecutive to support the Chief Executive in the development and delivery of the organisations strategic & business plans. To be directly responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all operational services and processes ensuring all delivery objectives and targets are met. You will manage implementation and delivery of new projects and lead service development and improvement activities to ensure that the company remains at the leading-edge of employability service delivery locally & nationally.
The Person
We wish to engage with leaders from an Employability background who have managed the
operation of a similar organisation and can demonstrate the positive impact they have made. You should have experience of managing significant relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve your business objectives and be a dynamic and ethical manager who can spearhead change and improvement within sometimes restrictive parameters.
