Field Supervisor/Engineers

Job Purpose
- To a! ssist with ongoing Hydraulic services projects on and offshore
- To manage small Hydraulic services projects
- Control / maintain EnerMech records
- Monitor and ensure all Hydraulic operations third party hired equipment has been correctly logged on hire register and off hired on project completion
- Assisting in preparation of job estimates and proposals
- Preparation of detailed engineering reports ( Work packs etc)
- Document Control to company and client standards.
- Preparing and issuing daily and weekly job status reports
- Ongoing liaison and project reporting to clients
- Project specific mobilization and demobilization planning of equipment, materials and personnel
- Preparing and maintaining job specific schedule for major projects
- Co-ordinate / administer Offshore Scopes of work delegated to him by his direct Supervisor or EnerMec! h Management.
- Responsible for the supervision of temp! orary or full time personnel where applicable
- Correspond with clients in a professional manner by telephone, email, letter and all other means of communication.
- Liaise with Technical Support Group for technical input / assistance
- Being Company Representative, is required to carry out his duties safely and diligently
- Required to participate fully with the Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems of EnerMech
- Responsible for Company equipment, EnerMech equipment is to be operated and maintained correctly; defects must be reported and where possible rectified
- Prepare accurate reports and correspond within the timescales set for each individual project with EnerMech operations department in a professional manner by telephone, email, letter and all other means of communication
Essential
- Good computer skills and understanding of Word, Excel, Auto cad and PDF writer.
- HND in Mechanical Engineering.
Essential
- Proven work experience in a Hydraulic Engineering role.
- Exposure to Oil and Gas, Offshore and Manufacturing environments
- Computer Literate in MS Office word and excel
- Hydraulic system Installation & Commissioning
- Hydraulic system fault-finding
- Hydraulic system repair
- Offshore Survival
- Experience with MS Project
- Proven record of instrument pipefitting
- Oil Flushing
- Pressure testing
