- Are you a travel consultant with experience of arranging tailor made travel for valued clients?

- Do you have experience of working with a GDS travel booking system?
You will use your travel knowledge and professional, consultative manner to provide the complete travel solution for the client each and every time. Please note this is not a commission related position - we are looking for travel consultants who can provide outstanding customer service and have a demonstrable knowledge of worldwide travel and the products associated with the potenti! al to develop their career in business travel.
Respon! sibilities
- You will be arranging worldwide travel for the company?s valued clients
- You will be attentive and confident with customers over the telephone, and be able to quickly build rapport whilst using your knowledge & experience to meet their individual needs
- You will work towards performance related KPI?s and be self motivated and enthusiastic towards providing the best possible service
- Significant record of arranging worldwide travel to key clients and valued customers
- Experience in working effectively in a customer focused and busy, multi-skilled environment
- Skilled in a travel reservation system (Galileo is preferred but other travel booking systems may be considered)
- Confident and professional communicator
- Passion for travel and providing the client with the perfect travel experience including air, accommodation and car hire
- Ab! ility to listen to the clients requirements and provide a complete, tailor-made travel solution
