To pride yourself on offering c! ustomers the highest level of service and advising on a one to one personal shopping basis. You will be a brand ambassador and wear TOPSHOP at all times, show casing how it should be worn day to day. Be a style leader showing passion and enthusiasm for the TOPSHOP brand, build relationships and acquire clients, adding to the footfall in to the Personal Shopping service.
The Job:
Some of your responsibilities include:
- To build a high net worth client base through networking opportunities.
- Offer the highest level of service with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Line Management responsibility for one Personal Shopping Assistant; coach and develop them.
- Build weekly/yearly diary, recognise short falls in appointment numbers, plan entertainment budget accordingly
- Have a great understanding of the department and company procedures whilst being flexible to accommodate any client request, adh! ering to the private and confidentiality agreement.
- H! ave a strong sense of own personal style and be able to interpret that of others.
- Confident in approach to press interviews and photo shoots, able to talk about the service in a positive and inspirational way.
- Ability to make decisions that directly impact on the service day to day.
- Time management is essential.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding personal targets.
