Our Client, multinational successful, growing business with over 35 years experience of providing outsou! rcing services to clients from all over the world is now recruiting Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisers to join their dynamic team in Edinburgh.
Location
Located in exclusive offices in the West of the city centre, easily accessible via excellent bus and rail links from all surrounding areas.
Duties will include
- Efficient customer service for client projects
- Responding to customer queries over the telephone and via email
- Providing customer with appropriate option and solutions
- Logging calls and client/customer notes
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
