The Client
Ellis Mack is working with! a luxury 4 star Hotel in Ayrshire, our client is looking for an experienced Spa Manager . The hotel is looking for a Spa Manager who has a proven ability in Spa operations. The property is a busy leisure and conference venue and requires a focused individual to manage all aspects of the Spa operation on site. High standards and excellent team management skills are required.
The Role
As a Spa Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the management of all Spa and Leisure staff, including any casual staff on site. The ideal Spa Manager will be a person who is passionate about spa and leisure, but also solid knowledge of departmental management; including stock controls, health and safety; and staff management. This role requires a Spa Manager with the relevant NVQ qualifications in Beauty treatments and relevant product knowledge.
Role Criteria
The ideal Spa Manager will have worked within quality 4*/5* Hotels
The Spa Manager will! be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health ! and safety throughout the department
The Spa Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Spa Manager must be highly customer focused, have good communication skills and have the ability to manage the team effectively
The successful Spa Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years within a similar operation
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager or Senior Spa therapist looking for a progressive and challenging role
