Home Manager take over primary responsibility for):
a) Overall day-to-day management of the Home.
b) Implement pro! cedures as laid down by The Company.
c) Recruit, appoint, train and regularly evaluate staff
conjunction with the Home Manager.
d) Conduct training sessions for staff.
e) Ensure that staff receive regular supervision and six monthly Performance & Development reviews.
f) Prepare and implement duty rotas.
