The Role As a Trainee Consultant you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of candidates on our Accountancy & Finance division. You will be responsible for attracting talent for your specific sector, conducting face-to-face interviews and maintaining ongoing and regular contact with your candidates. There are several ways in which we attract talent and you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for specific opportunities and making contact with individuals whose skill-set is in demand in the local market. You will need to be driven, motivated, hard-working and tenacious to be successful. Salary & Benefits £18,000 - £22,000 base salary plus industry leading commission structure, opportunity for car allowance, private medical, pension and much much more.
