Receptionist -Glasgow
We currently have a job opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in the Glasgow working between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, paying a salary of £17,166.
< div> Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of Site/Operations you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to the business by effectively managing the reception area and creating a positive and professional representation of the company at all times.
You will also provide financial services administrative support across multiple sites (Glasgow and Greenock) with the requirement of travelling to Greenock/Client sites when required.

What You Will Do
  • Deal with incoming calls/messages quickly and accurately
  • Greet all visitors managing parking allocation and issuing appropriate security passes
  • Ensure accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and organise couriers when necessary
  • Provide support to the whole site and other sites through regular and ad-hoc tasks such as supporting with business meetings’ note taking, the collation of data and basic reporting
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Review note taking
  • Compilation of Brilliant Basics scorecard and Financial Service and other ad hoc reports
  • Organise Risk and Compliance Committee pre audit checks and meetings
  • Client reporting where applicable through the use of Avaya CMS Reporting (Weekly VDN reports
What Skills You Will Need
  • Experience of working with multiple clients
  • Previous reception or administration experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent organisational skills
  • Results focused, committed to providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
