ERM is seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our UK Business Unit to support the finance function with general project accounting duties.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide general financial administrative support to Project Managers, Partners, and the Project Accounts team.

The role will include duties such as:- Run weekly reports for NEBU projects to check if we are within budget.
- If budget has been exceeded, then inactivate the project in GMS.
- Send e-mails to PiC (Partner in Charge)/Project Manager that their project has been made inactive.
- Run a register of all projects which has made inactive, track if re-opened and if budget has been extended.
- Issue weekly report to Partners and Management of projects inactivated.
- Support with IWA’s (Intercompany Work Authorization)
- Support FD with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, travel, team etc.
- Support to the rest of the Project Accounts team, with invoicing, project set-up and general project maintenance
The Accounts Assistant must be able to develop good working relationships with stakeholders on all levels and must therefore be very professional, outgoing and approachable.
PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Assistant role will be an individual with previous experience in a similar finance role. You will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and develop in a varied role that will require you to adapt and manage in a changing environment. The successful candidate will have:
