Job Description


As part of the DACH COO-office, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) is aimed at driving and overseeing the planning and delivery of internal transformation programmes and -projects within the DACH organisation, as well as defining & promoting transformation management standards, and maintaining a single source of programme- & project information. The Transformation Management Officer we are looking to hire will report to the Head of TMO DACH, and be part of the further development of this central function and supporting the aims above.

You will:

  • Drive and oversee planning and delivery of internal transformation programmes and -projects within the DACH organisation
  • Work with programme- & project leads to ensure that scope, planning & resourcing are defined and that progress and status are regularly reviewed for each programme & project
  • Support programme- & project leads in the development and tracking of business cases and budgets
  • Help programme- & project leads in identifying and monitoring risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies (RAID-items), as well as in defining and escalating mitigating actions when necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of programme-/project-specific reports and presentations when required
  • Prepare programme & project reporting for DACH & EMEA
  • Support the preparation of executive summaries of the programme- & project portfolio to DACH management
  • Using Adobe Workfront, help to ensure correctness, completeness and updates of programme- & project data for regular EMEA portfolio reporting
  • Become a subject matter expert within DACH for Adobe Workfront
  • Participate in regular alignment meetings with EMEA counterparts regarding the continuous improvement of reporting & use of Workfront
  • Develop and promote transformation management standards
  • Build and expand upon existing transformation management standards to serve as guidelines for programme- & project leads
  • Support & promote the adherence to transformation management standards in programmes & projects
  • Participate in regular alignment meetings with EMEA counterparts regarding transformation- & project management standards
  • Ensure attention to agreed-upon management actions within DACH
  • Capture & follow up on actions defined across programmes & projects, as well as in various DACH-/EMEA management meetings to ensure progress on/delivery of agreed-upon actions

Qualifications
  • Experience in a management function in an international company and proven knowledge in PMO and has been in touch with project management responsabilitoes within projects or programs with strategic importance
  • A Bachelor`s (preferred: Master's degree) in a relevant field of study, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Critical thinker, pragmatic implementer, and problem solver with the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Your way of working is independent, goal-oriented, and structured
  • You bring along good communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent in English
  • German a distinct advantage but not essential.
