We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operative role based in Erdington Birmingham on a permanent basis.
As a long-established business in the UK in the distribution of timber products we are seeking a well-motivated candidate to join our already successful team.
Principal responsibilities of the role:
· Certified Forklift Operator
· Pick Goods required for customer orders.
·Prepare orders for dispatch, coordinating with the logistic team.
· Customer Collects
· Receiving goods from suppliers, loading vehicles
· Storing stock in the appropriate locations
· Health and safety compliance
· Team Collaboration
Core Skills:
· Full FLT License
·Physical fitness and the ability to handle repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.
·Meticulous attention to detail
·Strong work ethic
·Calm head and solid problem solver
·Clear understanding and appreciation of health and safety procedures
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not always essential.

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
