An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Network Architect to join the IT team at Tesco Bank.
The role holder will be responsible for review, analysis, definition, and long term roadmap of the client's corporate network architecture whilst balancing the business requirements against the constraints of applications, security and infrastructure. The work will be varied across multiple programme workstreams and with various technical teams. You will establish and maintain best practice policies, process and procedures to deliver new and upgraded services into production. You will be an active member of the Enterprise Architecture Team and a key contributor to the success of Tesco Bank through a successful IT team.
Key responsibilities: Leading enterprise architecture for network activities in Tesco Bank Technical governance of proposed architecture changes Managing and influencing stakeholders Maintenance and development of policies and standards Working on IT Architecture strategy and roadmap What we're looking for: Enterprise Architect with Network Specialisation who has direct experience of complex and highly available network architectures, and systems management. Direct experience of IP Telephony solutions and architectures would be a distinct advantage, ideally with exposure to large scale contact centre implementations. Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills - ability to communicate directly with varied teams at all levels of the organization. Broad technical knowledge with an excellent background in application and infrastructure network architecture.
Proven track record of dealing with and selecting IT suppliers. Demonstrable capability to deliver improvements to architecture in a medium or large sized company. Experience of Prince 2, ITIL, TOGAF. Experience of working on large project portfolios.
