Tech Support Advisors - Flexible
(Shift Pattern: Fri : 18:00 - 22:00, Sat : 14:00 - 20:00 )

We are looking for someone that has a passion and knowledge of electrical and audio products and is able to use their product knowledge to help advise our customers. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and is confident enough to approach customers and offer help and information to help customers buy the right product you will play a big part in delivering 'Every Little Helps'.
Flexible working
If you are recruited on a flexible working contract you will have a number of core hours which you will work every week. In addition you will be asked to provide your 'availability' to work additional flexible hours and you may be asked to work all or some of these additional hours each week. You will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice of the additional flexible hours you are asked to work, but should normally be given up to 7 days notice.
