Asbestos Surveyor
Glasgow - Central Belt
Our client is a UKAS accredited environmental consultancy which provides a range of asbestos management services to clients across the Central Belt region. They are currently looking for a full qualified (P402) asbestos surveyor to join their team of dedicated professionals. You shall work on a range of sites from the commercial, industrial and residential sectors, and there shall be excellent scope for career development.
Salary: £18,000-25,000 plus paid overtime, vehicle and additional benefits.
Qualifications: You must be BOHS P402 qualified and have a full driving licence. You will also need asbestos surveying experience on a range of buildings (e.g. schools, houses, factories, hospitals)
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Undertaking asbestos (Management and R&D)surveys on industrial, commercial and residential building types
- Producing asbestos management plans
- Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies and Project Managers
- Supervising contractors on site
- Attending meetings and training seminars
