Our client is a well known organisation with an enviable reputation and brand. They are now seeking a Regional HR Manager to join their already established HR team. As a! Regional HR Manager you will report into the Head of HR and form part of the wider HR team.
A solid HR generalist you will act as a strategic partner supporting the companies business objectives and growth strategy. You will provide front line support and advice on all people related matters and be responsible for creating an environment that attracts and engages high performing individuals to deliver a first class service. You will be responsible for all HR queries including resourcing, reward and benefits, employee relations and learning and development and will lead on exciting projects including change management, succession planning and talent management. You will have gained your experience within a fast paced commercial organisation.
