The nursing home caters to elderly service users offering both residential and nursing care. ! Although the home is fairly large it has several different units. The successful registered nurse will be joining a small private company who pride themselves on the excellent reputation of their homes.
The Nursing Home is looking for a qualified nurse to join their team. The nurse can be both general qualified or mental health qualified and the home can offer either days or nights. The nurse will ideally have 6 months post qualification experience although this does not need to be in a nursing home. Responsibilities: Administering medication Produce individual care plans Maintain accurate records Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations Commit to improving the lives of residents Be organised and proactive Respect the service users and their wishes The successful nurse must be: RGN or RMN (or equivalent) Able to work in the UK Have a valid NMC pin Salary is dependent on experience.
